Welcome! I’m so excited to have you here. My name is Lauren and I’m the Founder of Soul Filled Careers.

I’m here to help ambitious tech professionals like you transition from feeling unfulfilled to thriving in a career—whether that’s within tech or something entirely new.

With nearly a decade of experience helping tech professionals land their dream roles at some of the most forward-thinking companies out there, I’ve seen firsthand what strategies work, and which ones don’t. I’m here to offer the insights I learned along the way to help you transition into a company that ignites your passion and aligns with your true self.

I created Soul Filled Careers because I’ve been where you are now. Just a short while ago, I found myself at a crossroads, feeling lost, frustrated, and utterly confused about my career path. I thought I had everything figured out, meeting all the societal benchmarks for success. Yet, deep down, I knew something was missing. I knew I was destined for more, but I felt stuck. Sound familiar?  

Then, at the end of summer 2023, life threw me a curveball. Along with thousands of others in the tech world, I was let go from my executive tech recruiting job. My career had been such a central part of my identity, and despite doing everything right, it was definitely a wakeup call! In the midst of the chaos, I made a bold decision—to lean into the vulnerability and forge a new path aligned with my true self. The challenge was, I felt so disconnected from myself, my career, and my purpose that I didn’t even know where to begin.

So, what did I do next? I packed my bags and jetted off to the beaches of Australia for some serious soul searching. Surrounded by the beauty of nature, I found solace in solitude and clarity in introspection. It was in those quiet moments that I began to unravel the threads of my purpose. I (re) discovered my love for helping others, my passion for personal growth, and my unwavering desire to live authentically.

Soul Filled Careers isn't just a program I created; it's a labor of love born from my own journey of self-discovery and hands-on experience. I've combined my experience in tech recruiting with my passion for personal development to create a unique roadmap to career fulfillment.
